Under the offer, customers can avail the reduced SMS tariff thorough five different SMS packs of various denominations from Rs 13-112, the company said in a statement. This option is applicable for all Airtel prepaid Lifetime and non-lifetime customers, it added.
For Rs 13 pack, the user can avail 30 free Local SMS for 30 days, while for Rs 42, he would get 100 SMS free ( Local and National valid for.30 days.While, for Rs 112, the user would get 1,112 free local SMS valid over 30 days, it said.
"Our Prepaid SMS Dhamaka offer has been introduced after studying the SMS usage patterns of customers across Delhi and NCR. Since youngsters are heavy users of SMS, this offer is likely to appeal most to students and college youths," Bharti Airtel CEO ( Mobile Services- Delhi and NCR) Shashi Arora said.
