Shillong, Dec 17 : One person was killed and 13 others injured today when a bus carrying a wedding party skidded off the road and fell into a gorge in Meghalaya's East Khasi Hills district.
The bus fell into a 60-ft gorge near Mawryngkneng village on the Shillong-Jowai Road, police said. The injured have been rushed to a nearby hospital.
